How Can A Painful Lump On The Calf Be Treated?
I knocked over a pogo stick which fell over into my leg just under the knee and above the calf. It was a very hard blow and caused a lot of pain for awhile but now seems numb. There is a knot about the size of a baseball. Does this require medical treatment?

No, usually it will subside on its own. Since there was a major jolt, there could be an inflammatory reaction and now the swelling.
It will take some weeks to subside. If you have pain, you can get treated with painkillers. Even anti-inflammatory medications like Ibuprofen are also better for now.
