How Can A Painful Lump On The Foot Be Treated?

I dropped a can of soup on top of my foot several weeks ago. Now I have a squishy lump on top of my foot. It is painful if I lace my shoes over it. Flip flops irritate the area. What can I do to get relief? If it is a cyst will it go away on it s own? Is there anything I can do to pop it or disolve it?

Thanks for putting your query over here.
May I ask testing positive for autoimmune disease means exactly which tests. If its basic tests like anti nuclear antibodies mostly done ,there is 15-20% chance that test can be false positive. It needs to be further confirmed by some more specific tests and clinical picture of the suspected person.Does she gave other complaints like joint pain, stiffness, fever, excessive fatigue etc.?If she has undergone urine analysis and other organ function tests? These all plus her clinical scenario will determine whether she has any autoimmune disease.
Thanks and regards.
