How Can A Painful Tumor In The Sinus Cavity Be Treated?

Hi, i have sinus problems now due to having a tumor in my sinus cavity that was a cancer arsteo sarcma and now on the side the tumor was on it gets so blocked up and when i finally get it loose to come out it is very large and extremely hard. It is very painful and i can t get it loosened this time, i have used a nettie pot , steam and it is not working. Is there any thing else i can use at this point?

chemotherapy radiation therapy or planed surgery con be considered.further investigation with biopsy report is required x-ray pns can be taken to confirm diagnosis
