How Can A Penile Injury Be Treated?

Hi, Sir pardon for asking help for such self inflicted issue. I had out of excitement while masturbating inserted pen refill inside penis. After some time once I pee i noticed small drops of blood with burning sensation. It occurred again next time i peed one hour after. I know i shouldn t have done that in the first place. I guess it has made scratch or wound inside. Should i be worried of serious damage? Can this be healed with antibiotics? Should i control drinking water so that i avoid peeing more in order to give time for wound to heal? Pls help.

Hi,
I can understand your concern and I'll certainly try to help.
You have to understand that a pointed object like pen will certainly cause trauma to the urethra.
Bleeding is not unusual.
You will have to wait till the injured part heals.
An alkalizer liquid will help make your urine alkaline and subsequently you'll feel less pain while urinating.
If the healing delays,you can consult a nearby physician for a short course of an antibiotic.
