Hi
Perianal abscess cannot be cured just by antibiotics. You need surgical
drainage. Do not worry. It is usually done under local anaethesia. However you will need antibiotic cover after that because the anal area is teeming with colonies of bacteria called commensals, which although normally do not cause trouble, in your case, they may secondarily infect the area.
I don't think you have a second abscess, it is just a recurrence of the first one. I hope your blood sugar is within normal limits, because a high blood sugar increases the chances of re-infection.
Post-surgically, you could opt for
homeopathy for a permanent cure. Also, in the interim period between your consultation and surgery and also after surgery, you could swab the area with a warm solution of
Calendula mother tincture, that acts as an antiseptic.
Please don't worry about MRSA. Perianal abscess is more common than we think and people get cured of it.
All the best!
