How Can A Persistent Petechia Rash Be Treated?

HI Doctor. I ve been experiencing petechia for a month now. When I had my CBC they said I just need Loratadine my WBC is 11.4 x10 after a week I went again to the doctor have my WBC checked it becomes 14.2 they gave me another medicine which is Ebastine.. but petechia wont go away.. Please englighten... what causes this..
