How Can A Person Come Out Of Minimally Conscious State?

Hi Doctor, I have got your reference from internet. I would like to get information about coma patient treatment. Last year One of my relative met with an bike accident. Since 15/7/2015 till now he is in half coma state. Patient age is 30years.He suffered from head injury. He can open eyes, move hands legs, respond to stimuli. But not able to do things on his own. We would like to know if you could provide guidance for the same. Eagerly awaiting for reply

Coma is a suspended state he may come out of it in 6 hours or 6days or even 6 yrears it is difficult how long the nerve regeneration will take
