Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Presence of plenty of pus cells in the urine indicates Urinary tract infection (UTI). In the culture, there is no compulsion that organism will grow. Many times we get negative culture in spite of severe infection. So, use antibiotics for controlling UTI.
My suggestion is please consult a general physician for the antibiotic course.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Siddartha
