Hi,

A pus-filled spider bite is mainly due to gram-positive bacterial infection and if infection increases through sweat glands it can lead to the formation of pus. I would recommend you to keep the area dry as much as you can.

Don't apply any cream or warm compresses. Apply only cold compresses. It is a self-limiting condition. If it keeps on persisting visit dermatologist once and gets it examined completely and start a proper course of antibiotics along with anti-inflammatory medications.

Take all necessary precautions as advised.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
