Hello. I need to get to the bottom of a medical issue. I have a rapidly declining anion gap, normal immunoglobulins, normal albumin, urine results not in. It is my understanding that with the Ig being normal, it would not be multiple myeloma. Any ideas on what it could be? Thanks, Sandyst
