How Can A Rash On The Thigh Post A Knee Surgery Be Treated?
i have recently had left knee surgery to replace my left knee (total) yesterday afternoon my lower left leg became to painful to walk on(I am now back in my wheelchair) i also have a red rash om my left upper thigh and a red itchy rash on the back of left leg on the achilles tendon . my fear is that I may have developed a blood clot,I should also mention I have a mechanical mitral valve in my heart and I am on coumadin. any ideas Ann
dear madam /sir i would like to know do you have any fever, since you have risk factors for DVT , i would like to examine the leg and do certain maneuvers to rule out dvt, look for local warmth and also look for your peripheral pulses and then decide on diagnosis,
