How Can A Recurrent Forehead Knot Due To Injury Be Treated?

My 5 year old bumped his head a month ago a school came home with this round knot on his forhead it went a way in a couple days no problem then this morning he woke up with a knot on his forhead at the same place the other knot had been. To my knowledge he has not hit his head on anything. He says it doesn't hurt what could it be should I be concerned?
