How Can A Skin Cut On The Finger Be Treated?

I got small cut right next to the finger nail. I didn’t clean or put any cream or something. After 2 days wound spread out by itself and white liquid show up. I know it is pus, wound is infected and body fight against bacteria. But my finger suffer incredible pain just on small touch, everywhere around the finger. And swelling. I clean the wound with alcohol and put some antiboitic cream, but ny small cut pain a lot on small touch. And some kind of tissue show up from wound and hurt. I can’t remove it, because I feel big pian. Can you please assist me, please. Thank you

Hi.. welcome to HCM...You seem to have soft tissue infection in skin and below skin. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. Take a course of antibiotic under observation of dermatology. Take analgesic and anti inflammatory drugs. Improve immunity with immunobooster. Take rest and nutrition al food. .. thanks.
