Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
As per your description it seems like you are having an infected wound at the fingertip. It is better to start antibiotic for faster healing and to avoid any unwanted complications. You can start antibiotics like Amoxicillin for 5 to 7 days. Also clean the wound with soap and water and apply topical antibiotics like Mupirocin.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
