How Can A Small Hard Lump On The Right Finger Be Treated?

Hello. I have a small, hard lump on the ring finger of my right hand, on the first distal joint. I have seen a specialist, who aspirated it, but removed very little fluid. It is not painful or discolored, only annoying. It was thought to be a ganglion cyst (I hope that is the correct term). I m not sure what it is. I would like to know what else it may be.

for proper diagnosis it requeres local examination. it can also be wart. which is requered to be removed by chemical or electrocautrization. so first it is to be diagnosed.or itwill be guess work
