How Can A Small Rash By The Side Of The Lip Be Treated?

I have had a small rash on my face by the side of my lip since July. It now has spread to my chin and both sides of my mouth and is continuing to spread. It is very itchy and painful. I went to the dramatologist and immunologist. The dermatologist biopsied, when is was smaller; it said dermatistis and ezema. The immunologist took allergy tests no allergies. No cream or antibiotic has helped. I am worried it s something systemical. I don t know who to go to.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having angular cheilitis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply an antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral fluconazole taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
