I have a small hard white stick kind of thing stuck inbetween where my tongue ends and my tonsils begin... that kind of flap thing between the mouth and tonsils, it lies there. It has been there now for 5 hours and I am struggling to sleep. At first I thought it was a piece of food as I had just eaten some granola when it felt like I had something stuck in my throat. What can I do to get it out?
