Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, kindly consult with surgeon immediately. Giddiness may be due to bleeding. You may require surgery for torned frenulum. You may require tab. tramexanic acid, complete blood count after consultation. Take care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale
