my 88 year old mother who is hypertensive had what appears to be a TIA 3 days ago. I did not take her to the ER at that time since the symptoms subsided within 1 minute. I believe this was a mistake. Can I still take her to an ER to see if they can run some tests or is it too late since this occurred 3 days ago?
