Hi,
Welcome to HCM and thanks for asking your query here

Medical history you provided is strongly suggestive of an vaginal Abscess more specifically a Bartholins Abscess
it happens when duct of bartholin's gland located either side of vaginal opening become infected and it needs thorough medical examination and Treatment
,it may need a minor surgical procedure to drain it completely

I would strongly suggest you to stop self treatment and visit your gynecologist ,she will examin it thoroughly and will make a final diagnosis
Depending upon severity she may opt for incision and drainage which is a minor surgical procedure performed under local anaesthesia
You may also need to take antibiotics for few days

I hope it helps
