How Can A Wound On The Arm Be Treated?

So I was in the shower earlier and I found open wound in my arm. It wasn t a scab I picked. It s a hole with a black dot next to it. I recently had the rhogam shot because I m 29 weeks pregnant. It doesn t hurt but my arm is still tender and I got the shot a week ago. I don t understand what it is

hii.thanks for using healthcare magic.i have gone through your question.you have wound due to trauma.my opinion is that,
1.dont scratch the area.
2.maintain good hygiene around the area.
3.apply fusiderm ointment twice daily on the area for 7 days.
