How Can Abdominal Bloating And Flatulence Be Treated?

i have excessive bloating and flatuence, i have a hiatal hyernia and have excessive acid reflux day and night. I have had gastric sleeve surgery in 2011 and have had these issue since they have just got worse, now effecting my life, I have nausea throw up food sometimes if i eat to close to bed i will have to wake to vomitt.I am unfocused and dont know what to do.

To relieve your symptoms you have to do the following:-
1- Avoid eating 2-3 hours before sleep.
2- Avoid eating large and fatty meals.
3- Divide your meals into smaller and multiple ones.
4- Take proton pump inhibitors or antihistamines to relieve your burning and reflux sensation.
5- Many drugs can treat bloating including Disflatyl.
