General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms mentioned suggests that you may be talking about Celiac sprue or commonly called sprue or gluten-sensitivity. It causes bloating and change in bowel habits when food with gluten like wheat and barley is consumed.

The use of pro-biotics can can help reliving the symptom and gluten rich food should also be avoided.

Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ayesha Shareef, General & Family Physician
