How Can Abdominal Cramps After An Abortion Be Treated?
Good morning, please I had a medical abortion, I had slight cramps and bleeding was for two days then it stopped. When it stop that was when the gestational sac came out. Since then I have been having leakage of urine and brown drops of bleeding. I woke up today to find out that I have a boil and it hurts. Please what should be the cause of all these complications. Thanks
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You might have taken progesterone for the abortion, so it usually acts on the body and causes you those pains. Even your doctor would have explained you about the same.
But since you say you had boil also there, that means you have an infection also, which is causing you the pain. So you need to maintain the vaginal hygiene well to treat the condition.
Use V wash daily after urination 6 to 8 times daily. Use citralka syrup to restore the vaginal pH. Use it 6 to 8 times daily with water.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Archana
