How Can Abdominal Cramps After Taking Unwanted 72 Pill Be Treated?

How to avoid abdominal cramps after taking unwanted 72 pill? We had sex on Saturday 2pm and she took pill on Monday s night 11:30pm. She vomited after that 3-4 times. She is crying out of abdominal cramps. She did pregnancy test and it shows negative results. But I m afraid and she too. We don t want to have kids. Help us please.

Thanks for asking. I understand your concern.

-I am afraid she has taken the pills after 72 hours of sex. If so the pills may not help. You need to check for pregnancy after 8 days delay in periods &go for MTP.
-Tha abdominal cramps &vomiting could be due to raised acidity following pills (taken on an empty stomach).Let her take tab. Histac 300 mg stat dose with cold milk .&rest .. this will help the acidity.
-If no relief... take her to doctor forevaluation of pain (from other causes)&specific treatment.
