How Can Abdominal Cramps Along With Constipation And Chills Be Treated?

I have had frequent bowel movements since Saturdaywith cramps, I continues my activities. The cramps and bowel movements continued Tuesday I called my doc, as I was taking Sucralfate. I was told to stop. The symptons continued yesterday and by last evening I had the chills Today I have frequent painful cramps, some constipation along with the bowel movements and at the moment shivers, shakes and a 101.5 temp. Suggestions?

it can be constipation. drink more water and take fiber rich food. can take husk of isof gul dissolve in water at bedtime can take cremafin at bedtime take bland diet fresh fruits and vegetable stool examination with deworming is recomanded
