How Can Abdominal Cramps Be Treated?
I am a 18 yr old female. I bEgan getting cramps on my right side (thought preperiod cramps but I just finished mine a week ago). It s now a sharp stabbing pain and moved up half of my side. My side pain is almost nonexistent when laying down but my cramps are so bad they re keeping awake. On a pain scale 9/10. is there anything I can do to calm the pain down? I already tried ibuprofen.

it-can be related to period. it can be calculi so ultrasound kub be done. can take buscopan or any other antispasmodic.
