Hi,

"As" per your clinical history, please follow like this:

1) Do a clinical examination by your Doctor [Gastroenterologist] and you need few investigations to confirm it suchas [Colonoscopy, CT scan, Stool examinations].

2) Try to eliminate high-gas foods like carbonated beverages, vegetables especially cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower and raw fruits.

3) Discuss with your dietitian to eliminate FODMAPs from food.

4) Discuss with your Doctor about [osmotic laxative such as milk of magnesia] if you have constipation, and for the pain, you can talk about [dicyclomine].

5) Discuss with your Doctor about [Fluoxetine] regularly and [probiotic] and add antibiotic [Rifaximin] for 10 days each month.

6) Do meditation and yoga to reduce stress.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
