How Can Abdominal Gas And Pain Be Treated?

What is the quickest and safest way to relieve one of gas ? It has been there for several days now, along with abdominal pain, & is getting worse. Feels like a buildup of pressure, like I have to break wind, although I can t! I m also unable to do a number two. I m in pain but don t want to take anything (Norco) for the pain due to the fact that it can constipate me even more,what is the solution so that I can get some relief ASAP ? thank you so much God bless you

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Gas could be due to the indigestion and IBS
Take following advises:
Take oral simethicone for immediate relief of gas and bloating
Tablet unienzyme
Tablet dicyclomine to reduce the pain
Take small frequent meal rather than large meal
Drink water with added lime juice and ginger
Avoid excessive fiber in diet as it cause gas
Do regular exercise like walking and running
