How Can Abdominal Pain And Bruises On The Hips Be Treated?
Got in a car accident and felt abdominal pain the next day. It lessened and I ignored it. It's been about two weeks and I have been getting more pain that feels like cramps, gas, light bleeding, and just developed two bruises on the insides of my hips. What should I do?
1. As there is history of accident and even after 2 weeks symptoms are aggravated thus it is best to consult an interventional pain doctor or visit an ER [emergency room], to exclude internal bleeding [as bruises have developed, pain has increased],
PS. without treatment, it may lead to blood loss and can result in a drop in blood pressure and you may feel weak or might lose consciousness.
2. whatever be the case, you need to see a doctor since identifying internal injuries and stopping the bleeding [if present] as soon as possible is the key to a full recovery.
