How Can Abdominal Pain And Chills After Passing A Kidney Stone Be Treated?

My husband went to Er Wednesday night he had a kidney stone and passed it next day . Saturday he was in a stressful situation and had a extremely bad panic attack Friday night. Since he is still hurting in kidney area of bad, having sweats, chills, stuffed head and feeling back. After panics attack and up with it all night he finally fell asleep sat morning and didn t wake up til this morning no energy and very confused on time, what day it is and also took a shower and forgot he took one 1 hour later He has a dr apply Wednesday but unsure if I should wait til them or go ahead and go back to Er and what could be going on.
