Hello,my name is dr.Dorina Gurabardhi.I understand your concern. Constipation is a common cause of abdominal pain in children. Some advices that I can give to you are: - give to your child fruit juices, such as apple, pear, or prune juice, to relieve constipation. - Gently massage your child's tummy to relieve trapped wind. - Make sure your toddler gets out to play for at least 30 to 60 minutes a day. -To soften the stools and make them easier to pass, increase the amount of fluid and fiber your child gets each day. -Encourage your child to use the bathroom at regular times during the day. Hope my answer was helpful. If you have any other question Ill be glad to help. Regards, dr.Dorina Gurabardhi
