How Can Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea Be Treated?

Hello Sir, I am 18 yrs old, Yesterday Evening I was in a birthday party and after that I was not feeling well, I poped Pudinhara @ tabs but since morning feeling light pain in abdomen and had twice loose stool , not watery but loose. My friend is suggesting to take NORFLOX TZ , please suggest

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your stomach upset.

As your history is suggestive of food poisoning, it doesn't need any medical treatment. You need to take lot of fluids to prevent dehydration. Because the food poisoning will be over within 24to 36 hours. No need to have any medication like the one Norflox tz. But take ORS with water to keep you hydrated.

In case you have got associated fever or blood on stools you need to take antibiotics only after consulting your doctor, because you may than also Need the IV fluids too.
