How Can Abdominal Pain On The Left Side Be Treated?

I HAVE PAIN ON MY STOMAG LEFT BOTTOM THE PAIN COME AND GO SO FAR I HAVE 2 WEEKS ON PAIN 2 MONTHS AGO WENT SEE THE DOCTOR DID SOME TEST AND ULTRASOUND BUT NOTHING WAS FOUND BEEN DRINKING A LOT OF WATER AND CRANBERRY JUCE 100 PERCENT BUT NOTHING IS WORKING WHEN I WALK THE LEFT LEG HURT ON THE ( INGLE) SPANISH THE BOTTOM WHEN I LIFT MY LEG VERY PAINFUL AND SOME TIMES HURT ON MY BACK BUT ANY ANSWERS PLEASE

No need to worry for abdominal pathology as your ultrasound is normal.
Your leg pain is mostly related to hip joint.
So consult orthopedic doctor and get done clinical examination and x ray of hip joint.
Painkillers, physiotherapy and immobilization will mostly help you.
