How Can Abdominal Pain While Suffering From Dengue Be Treated?
I had dengue two weeks ago. My platelets didn t go down much but bp got low low. It is still 60/90. During dengue i was having weird kind of faint abdominal pain. Then i was given picpro medicine which aided my pain somewhat. My pain came back again now though i almost recovered from dengue. My stool is dark in color and there is difficulty in digestion. Moreover i sometimes dont get hungry. My doctor advised me to take metroindazole 400mg thrice but its not healing my pain. Should i take liver tonics???

In dengue there will be bleeding tendency.
Avoid aspirin group of drug .Platelet count monitoring should be done. Bleeding time and clotting time should be done. Avoid much medication and it will be alright slowly.Consult physician treating dengue.Keep watch on malena.
You can consult gastroenterology. take Livozyme it will increase your appetite.
