What is the meaning of the findings of doctor haziness of the left upper lung,trachea is at the midline,heart is not enlarge,both hemidiaprhragms are sharp and distinct,osseous thoracic cage shows no significant abnormality.Can you please explain that to me.Thank you

mild infection in left lung...rest everything is perfect...haziness in left upper lung may be sometimes due to..improper x ray exposure,fluid in upper lung,less breathing during taking of x ray
