Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. The normal volume of prostate is 20-30 ml. The normal dimensions are 4,2,3 in cm. Your prostate volume is within normal range but dimensions are elevated. You may be having benign prostatic hyperplasia. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
