How Can Acid Reflux Along With Chronic Cough Be Treated?
I just had chest x-ray results Vague reticulonocular opacity in right lower lobe. Chronic cough worsened tried Z-pack in Dec doctor with talk tomorrow. I am on Natureth -thyroid removed 1973-Graves Disease. Have acid reflux and environmental asthma. Allergies to Penacillin and sulfa drugs. Still eat at night before bed. Trying to stop that. Do not stay on acid reflux meds -don t like rather use Gavison Don t want to take severe medication ,no fever, clear sputum ,sinus drainage, have toenail fungus since 2015 when Missionary in Belize.

Would advise you to take a week course of antibiotic like Amoxicillin and Clavulanic acid. Also for acid reflux proton pump inhibitors group of drugs will help.
