How Can Acid Reflux And Excessive Burping Be Treated?

I have been having extreme heart burn - acid reflux. Last night it was so bad that I vomited for about 5 minutes. Today it took a lot of concentration and trying to calm my stomach to avoid vomiting again. My stomach seems constantly upset and feels like there is a big lump of tar in it. Lying down and leaning over forward makes it worse. I have also been burping more than usual.

Hello,

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about the stomach and reflex esophagitis.

There are certain minor life modification you need to do along with medication to get out of this problem ;

1) Avoid spacey and oily foods.
2) Avoid late night foods and have proper sleep.
3) Raise head side of your by 2-3 inches.
4) take more and more fibrous and vegetables than red meet and chunk foods.

You also need to take medication for at least two weeks like Pantoprazole 40mg empty stomach in morning half an hour before breakfast.

If you follow the above guidelines you will be healthy soon. Also don't hesitate to write us in case of any further query.
