How Can Acid Reflux Be Treated?
I have be dianosed with acid reflex and take a perception medicine for it twice a day but lately I been having alot of bloating upset stomach sometimes pain in stomach and burping I tend to stay away from spicy and acidic foods and don t eat late at night what could be going on

i would rather advice you to do the followings
1. Do not lie down after consuming food.
2. consume plenty of oral fluids
3. prolonged sittings should be avoidd
4. consult with your medical gastrologist in view of gastritis
