How Can Acid Reflux In The Nose Be Treated?

My dinner is Sattvic by 8.30 - 9.00 PM. The food uplifts and comes upto nose level sometimes,by night 2 AM and disturbs my sleep.Is Unienzyme, the correct medicine to solve this problem. I was taking rabekind DSR before food and during that time i was problem free.But stopped that.

I think you should not take much of water just after taking the dinner .take water before and during taking foods .if you want to take water then take it after 20 mins after taking foods.you can take tab domperidone for 10 days before meal.
