Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne on the forehead and cheeks which is because infection of hair follicle, when sebum get accumulated with dead skin and bacteria. It could be due to excessive exposure to dust and sunlight.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to apply vitamin E oil at night. Avoid greasy creams and use water based products. Don't pick or touch acne. Wash you face 2-3 times a day with mild soap and warm water to prevent the accumulation of oil, dust and bacteria on your face. If acne still persists consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics and corticosteroids as well.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
