Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The main cause for acne on the scalp is that cells and oil get stuck in the hair follicles.
Some suggestions about the treatment are:
-use over-the-counter topical antibiotic ointments such as bacitracin and neomycin
-You may require oral prescribed antibiotics
-Wash the affected scalp regularly with a gentle shampoo.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
