As per your query, you have acne scars on the face which is because of increased sensitivity of your skin to sunlight leading to excessive production of melanocytes.
I would suggest you wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day. Also drink 5 to 6 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. You should apply Aloe Vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day.
Apply Clindamycin gel and Benzoyl peroxide-containing gel over the acne. Avoid any steroid based cream and apply Kojic Acid containing cream over face twice. If symptoms keep on persisting, then visit a dermatologist once and get it examined and go for micro-abrasion and chemical peeling. You should apply an ice cube to face 2 to 3 times a day and avoid cosmetic products.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
