Hello! I am male, 29yrs and from Pune, India. I have been ahcing acne scar since I was 16yrs. I have been to couple of dermgst but couldnt get a better result. to some extent I was reponsible for my current state as I havent continued the medicines more than 1 month. presently I have Deep Acne scars on my face(only cheeks) and few post pimple dark marks. I have stopped using any product except soap/ face wash. My Question is, What can be the quickest treatment for Deep acne scars with low budget? thank you in advance.
Scarring is a permanent condition, so scar treatments may improve the condition, but rarely remove it. Many surgical, chemical and laser procedures are available for surgical scar revision like dermabrasion, laser treatment, chemical peeling etc. Only a select few plastic surgeons and dermatologists are specialized in acne scar revision surgery. So go to a good center which is specialized in such procedure. Advice 1. Apply a cream containing hydroquinone 2%, tretinoin 0.025%, and mometasonefuroate 0.1% (such as Melacare cream) at bed time locally for two month. If will clear your dark spots. Do rub your skin while applying it. Rubbing will cause redness. Apply it gently 2. Use over the counter sunscreen before exposure to sunlight Thanks
