How Can Acute Anal Fissure With Constipation Be Treated?
My self 50 years man and having anal fissure from about 20 years.
I have taken homeopathy treatment for long time and it was in control. From last year even homeopathy treatment is going on it was beyond control hence is stop the treatment. Now there is no any treatment.
Now it is not bleeding but unable to set on seat with covers of cloth, plastic etc. Also very little stool past or water come out. It is very small qty and can only be conforms when I check with finger.
My diet is veg only and no spicy. No drink, no smoking, no night shift.
Is it require to operate or is there any remedy Kindly advice.

There are more possible solutions but only efficient and permanent is surgical repair of fissure. Everything else may cause relaps of disease. It is important to soften your stool first, eat high fibre diet, more fluids and take laxatives. Second, you should use "sitz" baths and apply mild steroid cream. Third, it can be treated with botulin injections or nitrate ointments but also, results are not so promising so surgery may be the only option which is simple and routine method today and I recommend this for permanent solution.
