How Can Acute Stomach Pain And Fever In A Child Be Treated?
Sir, My daughter is 3 year old. Her weight is 13 Kg.She always complains about stomach ache. Two weeks before she had acute stomach ache and fever also. My doctor gave her Ofloxacin syrup 35 mg two times a day for three days. Again since yesterday she is complaining of stomach ache. This time I went to another doctor who gave ofloxacin(100 mg) and metrodinazole(200 mg) suspension two times a day and to be taken for 7 days. Pl. suggest what to do.

First you investgate done ultrasound of abdomen if it show normal then Take syp mucaine
