How Can Addiction To Codeine Cough Syrup Be Dealt With?

sir,m addicted to codeine cough syrups for 2 years running,i want to quit this but unfortunately my will powers suffers a lot,and continue this intake.my minimum dose is 2-3 a day.also my weight is increasung day by day,but the strenght that i used to feel is lacking,the upper part of my body;under ribcage,belly,abdomine are petruding that feels really bad for a 25 year man.plz help me at least reduce my belly bulge through medecines and also suggest any anti dote for codiene addiction
