General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,my name is dr,Dorina Gurabardhi.I understand your concern.
Some advices that I can give to you are:
Wash your face (or other affected skin) gently one or two times a day.
-Do not squeeze pimples, because that often leads to infections
-Use a moisturizer to keep your skin from drying out.
-Use over-the-counter medicated creams, soaps, lotions, and gels to treat your acne.
-use Benzoyl peroxide (such as Brevoxyl or Triaz), which unplugs pores.
-use Salicylic acid
-use tea tree oil, which kills bacteria
Hope my answer was helpful,if you have any other question I will be glad to help!
