How Can Aggressive Behaviour In A Child Be Treated?

Hello doctor! I am Okoka Ufuoma from Nigeria,Africa , I have a six year old daughter who has some developmental challenges. Which became noticeable when she became 2years. It all started with monthly seizure and constant low immune system.. She eats alot adding much weight, lacks patiences to take corrections ,finds it difficult to understand instructions and screams when does not understand, speaks few words she has learnt, does not follow normal class schedule and sometime becomes very aggressive beating up the younger brother or hit herself when she is angry. She has been on carbamezepin and just 3weeks ago, the doctor added Metilphenidate. Pls which advise can u give to me to help me and my child? what can I do cos there is no special school where I am.
